- FEED AND WASTES (number) - rice used for animal feed or lost due to spoilage and waste
- TOTAL USE (number) - total amount of rice utilized in the region during the year
- PRODUCTION (number) - total amount of rice produced in the region during the year
- SURPLUS/(DEFICIT) (number) - calculated by subtracting TOTAL USE from PRODUCTION
- POPULATION (number) - total population of the region in a year
